One of the most important benefits of the North Carolina Marketing Education and DECA program is the relevance of instruction and actual link to the business community. Students work at cooperative education sites, have classroom presentations by employers and participate in our competitive events. You, as a judge, provide an essential service in our competitive event evaluation because you provide a realistic and professional knowledge base from which to evaluate. Students go from state competition to our National DECA Career Development Conference where they compete with state winners nationally.
